Please allow me to introduce myself,                                                     

                            

My name is Tamara Smith, executive chef & owner of Diva Orleans Catering. I was

born and raised  in New Orleans, Louisiana, where after  graduating from Francis T.

Nicholls in 1992, I became a Navy wife and relocated to Jacksonville Florida. 

 

Diva Orleans was first introduced in 2002 as a part-time venture in order to assist

friends  and colleagues with their party preparation needs. While attending the

University Of North Florida in the last two years and completing various small 

business classes, I have continued to strive to be the best off-premises caterer in

the Jacksonville area.

                                                                

Catering has brought many wonderful experiences and people into my life.

Different developments in my career have allowed my vision to become what

Diva Orleans is today: An affordable alternative to events and occasions of any size.

 

Each of those experiences has allowed me to improve and grow as a professional

caterer, and the people who have referred my services have made a large contribution

to my customer base.

                                                                                 

Diva Orleans Catering poses kitchen expertise and refinement in gourmet and

home-style authentic cooking and food presentation. Utilizing only the freshest

ingredients, and remaining on the "cutting edge" of preparation, menu formulation

and food display.

highest level of customer service and  professionalism. My belief is that every customer
